The Inconsolables' debut EP is now available, both to download from iTunes, and as a limited edition 4 track CD, which comes with a pull out poster and lyric sheet, sticker and button badge. The CD is available from Rough Trade in the UK, and from the band's website for international orders.

"I Want To Go To Borneo" features "Piranha Shuffle" and "I Want To Be Selfish", which will both be familiar to viewers of Sumo TV, together with spiky duet "Lover's Rock", and of course the the raucous title track, which has already become a live favourite.

The Inconsolables have had a busy 2007. From humble beginnings last autumn, the band found their definitive line up this Spring, and since have spasticated crowds at Buttoned Down Disco, Twee As Fuck, Barden's Boudoir, 93 Feet East, The Barfly, and many others. They take their squonky sound on the road in early 2008.
